Congressional Negotiators Reach Tentative Deal On $1.3 Trillion Spending Package

Congressional negotiators have reached a tentative agreement on a $1.3 trillion spending package to fund the government through the end of September.

The tentative agreement would fund programs through the end of September 2020 and avoid a government shutdown. Federal agencies run out of money at midnight on December 20.
