Donald Hall, Former Poet Laureate, Dies At 89

Donald Hall, former poet laureate of the United States, author of numerous poetry books, poses on June 13, 2006, in the barn of the 200-year-old Wilmot farm that has been in his family for four generations. Hall died on Saturday at age 89.

Hall, the author of more than 40 books, died on Saturday at his family farm in the town of Wilmot, N.H.
